ENGAGEMENT AT A GLANCE
PLAN THE ENGAGEMENT
Exercise complexity, starting skill levels, group size, customisation and any follow-up practice included.
Delivery location or online format, session length, schedule, group size, teaching language, trainer, tool access and fees are confirmed in the proposal. Tool subscriptions and technical implementation are not automatically included.
Your team’s roles and approximate size, one task to improve, current tools, preferred language and timing, and any delivery constraints. A description is enough: do not send personal or confidential records.

HOW WE WORK WITH YOU
Agree the tasks, approved tools and starting skill level. Prepare suitable example material and define what a useful result should contain.
Give context, specify an output and refine it. Compare attempts so participants can see which instructions helped and which errors still need human attention.
Check facts, omissions and assumptions against source material. Record a reusable task template and the checks that must accompany it.
WHAT YOU TAKE AWAY
Reusable starting points for the exercises selected with your team, including context, constraints and output format.
A practical reminder of the facts, gaps, tone and approvals to check before using an answer.
Working guidance on approved usage, information boundaries and when to ask for help, for your organisation to review.
ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO · NOT A CLIENT CASE STUDY
A fluent summary still leaves the team unsure who is doing what.
Practise extracting actions, owners and dates, while marking missing details as ‘to confirm’ instead of inventing them.
BEFORE WE START
Tell us which tools your organisation permits and which tasks participants need help with. We agree account access, devices, example material and participant prerequisites before the workshop.
This is practical skills development, not an accredited qualification or compliance certification. Tool subscriptions and technical configuration are not automatically included.
Delivery format, participants, trainer, schedule, fees and outputs are confirmed in your proposal before you commit. No fixed duration, subsidy eligibility or accredited certification is implied.
PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
We scope the starting level with you. Participants do not need coding experience for general workplace exercises; any tool or account prerequisites are agreed in advance.
Yes. We select tasks with you and adapt examples where appropriate, using synthetic or approved material within agreed information boundaries.
Fees and delivery arrangements are confirmed in the proposal. We do not advertise subsidy eligibility or accredited certification without confirmed programme approval.
