Make the lesson part of the workflow.

AI Workflow Adoption Sprint

Take one bounded task from an individual experiment to a working method your team can explain, check and repeat. Test the process before deciding what deserves wider rollout.

ENGAGEMENT AT A GLANCE

Know what you are bringing
your team into.

PLAN THE ENGAGEMENT

A scope you can evaluate.
Before you commit.

What shapes the proposal?

Workflow complexity, information readiness, pilot cases and the support needed to refine the operating method.

What will be confirmed?

Delivery location or online format, session length, schedule, group size, teaching language, trainer, tool access and fees are confirmed in the proposal. Tool subscriptions and technical implementation are not automatically included.

What should you send us?

Your team’s roles and approximate size, one task to improve, current tools, preferred language and timing, and any delivery constraints. A description is enough: do not send personal or confidential records.

A GOOD FIT WHEN

Scoped workflow pilot and application support

  • Your team can use AI, but it has not changed a shared process.
  • Different people repeat the same experiments without a common method.
  • You have a defined task and want to trial it with clear review and ownership.

HOW WE WORK WITH YOU

A clear process.
With your team involved.

  1. 01

    Map the handoffs

Define the input, AI-assisted step, human checks and final action. Identify exceptions and the person responsible when the process cannot continue.

  2. 02

    Run a bounded trial

Try the method with agreed examples and a small participant group. Keep approval with the responsible person and record corrections or failed cases.

  3. 03

    Review the evidence

Compare results with the agreed criteria, including checking effort and rework. Decide whether to revise, stop or propose a separately scoped expansion.

WHAT YOU TAKE AWAY

Working materials,
not just a session.

01

AI-assisted workflow map

A clear sequence showing the input, AI assistance, human review, owner and exception route.

02

Templates and operating guide

Reusable instructions and working steps for the bounded process tested with your team.

03

Pilot review and recommendations

A record of observations, unresolved issues and a reasoned next step, rather than a promise of automatic rollout.

Drafting a weekly operations update

THE STARTING POINT

Each manager copies figures into a different prompt and checks the answer differently.

A METHOD TO EXPLORE

Use a common approved input, a shared output structure and a named reviewer who checks figures and unresolved exceptions before circulation.

Follow one task through all four stages ↗

BEFORE WE START

Come prepared.
Know the boundaries.

What to bring

Bring a defined task, a process owner, agreed source information and someone qualified to review the output. If tool access or technical setup is missing, we identify that dependency before starting.

What this does not include

The sprint covers workflow design, learning application and pilot review. Production integrations, custom software, licensing and deployment require a separate technical scope, potentially with Evernet.

Delivery format, participants, trainer, schedule, fees and outputs are confirmed in your proposal before you commit. No fixed duration, subsidy eligibility or accredited certification is implied.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before you enquire.

Does this include building an automation?

Not by default. A useful first workflow may be manual and AI-assisted. Any integration or automated external action needs its own technical and approval scope.

How do we judge the pilot?

We agree criteria before testing. Depending on the task, these may include completeness, correction effort, adherence to review steps and whether participants can repeat the method.

What happens if the pilot does not work?

We record the limitations and recommend a revision, another approach or stopping. A pilot is a decision tool, not a commitment to scale.
